COVID-19 Company Statement - 23.10.20

Unfortunately we have had to review the reopening of the shop, which was due to be Friday 23.10.20. After reviewing all of the information given to us, we have decided until we have a full team at the store so we can reopen safely for both our staff and our customers visiting. So; we will reopen Monday 26th October 2020 - 9am until 5pm. 

All new orders due for collection or despatch over the next few days will be paused, we will be in contact to confirm new dates to fulfil the orders. 

Any and all workshop orders we have in store, you should have been contacted by now by a member of the team to give an update - if you have not please email us on: mitchellcycles@yahoo.co.uk - along with your Order number.

For any customers with bikes booked in for workshop jobs, we will be in touch with you to reschedule bookings.

As stated above, we are taking on advice from all avenues which we feel enables us to safeguard our staff and the customers that shop with us, so we can reopen safely!
